Last Goodbye is the sequel of A Blossom of Dreams, and in the sequel Harry and Draco are a couple and close friends with Ron and Hermione who are married, Ron's a quidditch player and Hermione's pregnant. Spoiler alert: Hermione dies while giving birth as well as the baby and this changes Ron completely. Ron stays with Harry and Draco and one night while Harry was of somewhere (I can't remember.....) Ron and Draco kiss. Draco tells Harry who gets upset and leaves the house. Draco gets drunk and depress and Ron rapes him (it was such a sad part D:).
In A Blossom of Dreams, it's set in their last year at Hogwarts and the trio start a friendship with Draco. Harry gets jealous of Ron's closeness to Draco and eventually tells Draco that he likes him, and vice versa, and they start going out (Ron and Hermione are already together at the begining of the story if I remember correctly). Draco's a virgin and Harry kind of pressures him to have sex and Draco eventually gives in (although this scene is kind of dub-con). Harry finds out that the sex wasn't pleasurable to Draco and that he wasn't that consentual and thinks that he raped Draco and he gets upset because of this. Draco's gets depress because Harry's upset and won't talk to him and Ron finds him crying in his shower and the two have sex. Harry and Hermione found out and both get upset. Finally, Harry confronts both Draco and Ron and there's a big fight scene where Draco ends up mentally unstable and is being locked in a room. The fic ends with a happy ending where Ron and Hermione get married and Harry and Draco move in together if I remember correctly :D!
