Fic Search (FOUND)



I'm looking for a certain fanfic, I just remember some plot lines namely:

The kingdoms of Gryffindors and Slytherin are at war. Harry is heir to the throne of Gryffindor. Draco is heir to slytherin.
There was a scene in which Draco sang to Harry's dying younger brother. After a battle between the two kingdom's. 
In a way to make peace there was talk about Harry and Draco marrying.

I read it on fanfiction.net

Not much to go on, I know... but I'm hopeful
