What time GMT does claiming open on the 16th? I have someone else claiming for me and they're GMT+7.

It will be around noon central time zone USA which is UTC/GMT -6 hours, if I'm not mistaken (roughly around the same time we opened prompting). If it's not too late and if you saw this in time, pm me and I'll see how I can help :)
