I love that you've made Voldermort (of all people) actually feel human in this! I love that there is a sappier side to him that doesn't feel awkwardly OOC or 'too much'! I love that in all the ways that count, he was still very much the monster, the Potter books made him to be.... but at the same time, there exist another side of him that feels human. I absolutely love that it was Draco that brought out that more human side of him. After all no human or creature can be wholly one-dimensional. And that made Voldermort feel canon in a way and... real, because you've breathed life into him by giving his character more substance.
Most of all I love the way you've tweaked the myth to fit your interpretation of how the myth would play out in a HP setting with Voldermort and Draco as Hades and Persephone respectively. It was perfect! Everything felt just right and nothing was overdone. Especially with the way the dialogue flowed. They sound right and just the very things I can definitely picture the characters saying, without seeming odd.
Impressive interpretation and adaptation of the myth into HP universe! I am in awe of this, truly.
