Hello, I just finished re-reading Sara_s girl's Turn and suddenly remember a plot that a bit similar to this. The fic goes like this : It's epilogue compliant, I believe Harry met a man who give him a chance to turn back in time with a modified time-turner and he travels back to.. I think it's sixth year but I could be wrong. He then re-live his life and becomes lovers with Draco and maybe married. They have many children, I think more than three, and just when they take their children to King's cross, Harry met the man again and remembers that he has his own children with Ginny.  The man give him a choice to leave this life and go back to his own time or continue.  He choose to continue his life with Draco.

I'm sorry if my explanation doesn't make sense. English is not my first language. I would be grateful if someone know where to find this fic. Thank you in advance!

It's sound great, and heartbreaking, but if the end is Draco so I'm on it...

HI, i just read a very similar story just a few days ago, the only difference being that is Draco who is given the chance to comeback and relive it all, I'm not sure if this its what you are looking for, but the story I'm talking about is Paradox by kerfuffling, you can find it here http://hd-bigbang.city-of-lights.org/fic/paradox.html, hope is this one :)

unfortunately, even though they are very similar in the beginning, that's not the fic I'm looking for. I'm positive Harry meet the man and choose to live with Draco and the family they created. Thanks though!

i've heard of this fic, and even read the beginning. i'm just not sure if i saved it. but i think it's pretty popular and you can find it on ao3. at least i read it there. sorry, if i remember, i'll let you know :)

ok, i didn't save it. but i really think that it's on ao3 (unless the author put it down, though i doubt it), so please check it out. i'm sure it's tagged "time travel", so it'll be easier to find it :)
