Fic Search - Veela!Draco/Mate!Harry

Hello,

I'm searching for a Veela!Draco, HPDM fic.

I remember that Draco is a Veela, and everybody other than Harry was making outlandish claims around him (E.g. "I'm the first wizard to ever land on the moon!"). Harry just gets ridiculously horny around him.

I remember that there was once scene where Draco was kidnapped by Voldemort and place into a collar.

There was also another scene where Voldemort fed Lucius a variation of a potion that causes people to be turned into werewolves, but instead, Voldemort replaced werewolf fur with Veela hair to induce Veela transformation.

Nearing the End, after Lucius was transformed into a Veela, he met Narcissa and found out that she was his mate.
