Specific fic search (kitty!Draco) -- Found!

I read a fic a few months ago where Draco's animagus form (after struggling to be able to transform) is a kneazle. IIRC, he couldn't transform back to human and almost got hurt and was saved by Harry (in his kneazle form) and Harry prompted to adopt him. Harry brought him everywhere he went, coo at him and called him 'pretty' and 'blondie' even though Draco was just as prickly as a cat.

I think both Pansy and Blaise recognize Draco in his kneazle form when they met Harry and looked pointedly/knowingly at him. At first people were wondering where the real Draco went but they stopped after Blaise lied about Draco getting special permission to visit his mother.

In the end, I think Harry was said to have always known that the kneazle was Draco.
