Muggle raised perceptions

I can only remember a few things one that it was slash i'm pretty sure it was Harry/Draco and set during Hogwarts. Mpreg is possible and in the past Draco heard Hermione in the library possibly talking to Ginny or Ron saying that it was not good and that any muggle born or muggle raised would be horrified and wouldn't expect it. I think Draco was surprised that Harry was alright with it. Something tells me that surrogacy might have been mentioned but I cannot be certain, something also says that there could be a magical creature inheritance but i cannot be certain either.

I really hope someone recognizes this....
