Draco restricted to first year spells

As the subject states, Draco is restricted to spells found in Hogwart's first year textbook, he being the sneaky fellow he is starts looking at text books from years in the past. I think Pansy ends up restricted to third year spells. That's all I remember. I'm assuming it is bottom Draco because that is usually what I read. Also fairly sure it is Harry/Draco.
