fic searh, please help

I have read a fic along time ago and im looking for it. Some parts of it that i remember is that draco is badly abused by lucius. I also think that harry is a creature that dreamt about draco as his mate. I think that sirius and remus ar in it and they adopted two kids who became harry's adopted siblings. I also think that in some parts sirus hands a letter to harry from his parents to read at certain events of his life. I also remember that harry already defeated voldy mort here. Please help me look for it. I have read it in fanfiction.net....
