The series where Harry has a twin named Connor is the Sacrifices Arc by LightningWave. It's available at fanfiction.net. The seven books roughly follow the original books at first, but they diverge more and more as the series goes on. Harry is freakishly powerful magically, but be advised he's mostly on the bottom with Draco, though there is swirching. I won't write a whole review, except to say it takes the idea that Harry was sorted into Slytherin and runs with it. It's truly epic, and it's one of my long time favorites.
