Missing Fics

I need help finding two pieces of fan-fiction.  I have tried google, yahoo, blah blah blah and still can not find them.

 

The first one had Harry and Draco in an established relationship.  when a case ended a day early Harry decided to surprise Draco by showing up at the club he was at with his Slytherin friends.  He arrives in time to see Draco taking some bloke up on an offer to “join him” in the loo.  When Draco comes home, Harry confronts him and Draco blows up thinking Harry is spying on him instead of going to work like he says.  They break up and Draco moves in with Blaise (or maybe Theo) and the other an starts to put the moves on Draco.  It all comes to a head when Blaise (Theo) tries to force himself on Draco.

 

The second one is an older work (I think pre-OotP).  It’s six or seventh year, Voldemort is still on the loose, and the press is still slamming Harry.   Draco and Pansy are on Perfect Patrol when they over hear Ron and Hermione talking about  how they are using Harry.  The Slytherin’s go to Snape with the information, and the potion master along with several select students convince Harry that his friends are using him and that he needs their help if he is to win the war.  It contains a fair bit of Ron/Hermione/Ginny bashing, Clueless!Dumbledore.  I may be confusing fics, but I think only the Weasly twins stick with Harry.

 

Any help finding any of these fics would be appreciated.
