FEST: Fest Submission Reminder!

How's everyone doing you guys? :D

The fest is fast approaching, and with only a month to go before the deadline date, we'd like to take the opportunity to poke to remind the participants of their work submissions!~

Participants (our VIPs!) please take heed that deadline for submission of your entries is on September 15, 2009! You should be receiving a message (PM/e-mail) from us soon regarding this.

Should any participant wish to withdraw from the fest, please reply to the message we will be sending you via LJ Inbox, or send us an e-mail asap at hp_bottomdraco@ymail.com. We would greatly appreciate if, in the case you cannot fulfill the prompt, that you help us find a pinch hitter who will take over your prompt choice.

That's about it and we hope to read and see those gorgeous Draco fics and art! :D
