I'm on the prowl for a certain fic

Okay this was years ago. But I read this time travel fic where Harry gets knocked back into the muggle past and loses his memory. He's taken in by this family and believes that's where he belongs which makes it harder for Dumbledore, Hermione, Ron, and Draco to convince him to come back. After that my memory gets a little fuzzy, I know Harry was also struggling with the idea of two men because it was seen as wrong in that time, but there was also mention of two "brothers" who lived together in the town too. I don't remember how far in the past it was but I know it had a very rural setting. Thanks ahead of time for the person who finds it!
