Help Please

i just randomly remembered a tidbit from a fanfic i must have read aaaaages ago and now i'm curious as to what it is, so thank you to anyone who can help!
all i can remember of it is that draco's father would put him in a dungeon cellar or something when he was bad and then leave him there for a while. its not much to go on, i know, but i'm pretty sure it was HarryDraco (though there's a faint chance it might be a DracoHarry from my more naiive days, and if so, please infrom me if it is in fact bottomharry, or if i've made this whole fic up...)

if you have no idea, then if you know of any fics where in their hogwarts days Harry is like a runt, all short and skinny or whatever, but then him and Draco meet years later and Harry's grown up and Manly (or something like that) then i would be very much pleased! ^.^
