1) Is  Growing Pains by SensiblyTainted bottom!draco?

2) I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago, and the only thing I remember is that at the beginning Draco comes to Harry (at Privet Drive, I think) asking for protection via bond that intails Harry and Draco having sex.  There was this whole thing with painting symbols on Draco's body.  The bond was meant to be a master-slave bond, but changes because Harry and Draco liked each other.
