I've been searching and searching, and I finally found it (by myself even)!  Behold:

Pairing: Harry/Draco
Summary: I think that Harry and Draco are in their fifth year at Hogwarts.  Sirius is still alive.  Snape is really close to Draco and Lucius.  There is no sex, but it would be Bottom!Draco if there was. 
Basically, Draco, Snape, and Lucius are working together to get anti-Voldemort Slytherins out of Hogwarts, because Dumbledore won't protect them well enough. 
Through a freak accident caused by being cursed on the train at the end of their fourth year, Draco is having recurring dreams were he is killed by Deatheaters.  And Harry seems to always be there watching.
It was a very good fic!


Now for my request: I've managed to loose track of where these fics were posted:

#1-I recently read a fic where Draco was an Unmentionable (not commonly known about (not an Unspeakable)) in the Ministry.  He gets hurt somehow and turns up at the Pediatric Ward of St. Mungos as a six year old child.  Harry is his healer.  When Draco wakes up, he seems to have the mind of a six year old.  Also, Draco Malfoy apparently committed suicide several years earlier (a pre-requisite for becoming an Unmentionable--cutting off all ties to the outside world).
Now, I thought it was called The Pediatric Ward (I know, right?), but I haven't been able to find anything yet.

#2-This pairing was Charlie Weasely/Draco- Draco's presence is requested on a dragon sanctuary because he has the unique ability to speak to dragons.  They understand human-speech just fine, but only Draco can understand what they say in return.  To him, it is the same as talking to a human.  Sorry, that's all I can remember!  I think it was posted on fanfiction.net, but I'm not sure.  I read it about 5-6 years ago.

#3-Now I know this isn't a Draco Pairing, but I've been trying so hard to find it, and no one else knows where it is.  Please have mercy on me... *sniffle*  Otherwise, please ignore and I'm very, very sorry... Highlight to read: -It's Albus/Scorpius.  Scorpius is one year older than Albus, so he is in his second year of Hogwarts while Albus is in his first.  They were both sorted into Hufflepuff.  Scorpius is considered very weird by his dorm-mates, and doesn't seem to have any friends.  He has some blood disorder, and consequently is very good at healing magic.   He is also a natural Legilimens.
This story is not The Slytherin Hufflepuff.  It was once posted on fanfiction.net.  I read it about 3-4 years ago.
