FOUND: After the War Was Over

Ok, so I am going crazy with a fiction that I have stuck in my head for a week. I remember a lot of but I can't put my finger on the name of it and I can't seem to find the link in my favorite's list.

Its a Harry/Draco story in which people think Harry died after the final battle. Draco and Harry were tortured together and feel in love while under capture. Draco taught Harry French and Harry called Draco his dragonfly in French. Some years later Harry is found alive by Hermione after one of his kids get a letter to go to Hogwarts. There is more I remember but then I would be spoiling the rest of the story.
