Homeless+drug addict+prostitute fic search

Need some fresh eyes for this particular search, please. What my sister and I remembered of the fic:

1. Posted in LJ
2. Draco was a gorgeous street hustler (male prostitute)
3. He was also an addict (Muggle drugs, I believe)
4. Harry saw him fishing for 'clients' somewhere and approached him.
5. Harry managed to talk Draco into following him home (not for sexual services) - believe it was a rainy day and Draco was cold.
6. Somehow Harry found out about Draco's addiction to Muggle drugs.
7. Harry made Draco quit because while he could accept many things from Draco, being an addict is a big no-no.
8. Harry took care of Draco throughout the whole time he went through withdrawal.
9. There might be one scene, some time after Draco was well enough again, at some train station where Draco somehow managed to procure drugs, but he flushed them down the toilet in the train station.
10. Harry was frantic during that time for some reason. (He couldn't find Draco?). He thought Draco went back to using but Draco didn't.
11. Can't remember what happened next but I think Harry told Draco he wanted Draco to stay, but only if Draco wanted to of course.
12. Draco stayed.

Author's Note:Hello! Me again publishing a Harry Potter fic. This goes in response to my friend ran_mouri's
requesto (almost a year after she made said request) for a Sirius/Draco
fic and also mixing the idea that I sent to the Bottom!Draco fest last
year of... well, you'll see. I wanted to make this story as believable
as possible and I guess I went a little overboard with it. I regret nothing!
