help please

I'm drawing a blank on this great story I read a while ago... The details are a bit hazy, but I do remember that Draco was working at Durmstrang (it was off the map, and I think Harry was sent there to figure out the location) and when Harry arrived, he gave him a love potion that he had created himself and was widely distributing. Then Harry found out about it and freaked out about him drugging so many people, and Draco retorted something about spreading love and that it was a good thing. At one point, Draco disappears and Harry searches his house and finds old journal entries or something with Draco professing his love for Harry, and Draco comes back and gets upset at Harry invading his privacy. I'm pretty sure it had a happy ending. Thanks in advance for the help!
