Looking for a fic

Hi I'm looking for a Harry/Draco fic I read a while back and really loved. It takes place in 8th year from what I remember and Draco has a private room as he's being bullied and I think he had health problems. And the room had an enchanted garden which appeared how he wanted it. Harry starts looking after him and they end up together but ginny pays a witch to cast a love spell or something simular on Harry and he leaves Draco for her. Draco finds out he's pregnant and has to deal with it alone. And because Draco was a death eater he has to he interviewed under veritaserum by the ministry once a month. I think he lives with snape in the end but I'm not completely sure.
I hope that's some help as that's all I can remember about it.
