Last year I read a fic I have been trying to find. It was that Harry and Draco get drunk at a New Year's party.

Harry says "Will you yell if I kiss you?"
Draco yells "Yes"
 Draco ends up pregnant. However doesn't find out until he is raped by Blaise Zabini. Draco thinks the baby is Blaise's, when it is actually Harry's. ( The test says to wait 24 hours after sex. Draco doesn't wait to test after Harry. And i think Draco made the potion himself with ingredients gotten from Snape, who knows what potion the ingredients make.)
 I think that Hermione helps with testing for the actual conception date. (That's how they figured out the baby was Harry's)
