Fic search: Spell-damaged, forced to obey!Draco

Hi everyone, I've been looking for a specific fic like crazy but haven't managed to find it yet. I'm hoping someone can help me!

From what I remember, it took place during Hogwarts years, possibly after the war? It featured a spell damaged!Draco who was forced to obey to everyone. I think he might have been emotionally detached to things. I think.

I recall this scene where Harry stumbles unto some students forcing Draco to give them a BJ and, after chasing them away, tells him to forget about them. Afterwards, Draco can't physically see them anymore, like they don't exist to him.
Oh! And Harry keeps telling him it's for his own good/that he knows better, or something along those lines.

I hope this isn't too vague, but right now it's all I can remember. I might have fused a couple of stories in my head, so if anyone knows something that sounds like this fic, be sure to let me know!
