Flirt!Harry or Negelected!Draco

Hi, I'm looking for a specific fic where Harry and Draco are together but Harry constantly flirts with everyone around him even when Draco is there. So the two go out for dinner I think with Percy and his date. Percy takes an interest in Draco because he and his date are just casual and this makes Harry jealous and he finally sits up and properly notices Draco.

I'd also love recommendations for other fics with similar themes such as Harry being flirty with other people or neglecting Draco (perhaps not consciously) but Draco gets fed up and is going to/breaks up with him so Harry has to make amends to get him back. And in case it isn't obvious I absolutely love a jealous Harry so bonus points for that too!

The term was originally used to describe characters who began with a harsh outgoing personality, but slowly revealed a soft and vulnerable interior over time. Over the years the character archetype has become flanderized, and is now generically associated with a character who flips between the two emotional states at the slightest provocation.
