Another Fic Search Again (Found)

Hi, I am here with another fic search again. I am so sorry.
I've been walking down the H/D memory lane and reading old fics. And there is this one fic I just can't recall the name. I tried to google but... nothing.

At this point I am starting to think I've imagined that fic (which happen more often than I like to admit)

What I remember is
" Draco got stuck, while practicing his animagus, in half bunny and half human form.
At the end of the fic or somewhere near the end, Draco was pregnant with twins, or triplet (I'm not sure) and Harry freaked out".

I am not sure if it's in the same fic or if they are different fic. But that is the two things I remember.

Could you please help me find the fic if it actually exists.
