In need of help

Greetings! I cannot remember the name, but I remember the content. I have been searching for it, but I can't seem to find it again.

The story involved Harry turning Slytherin as he comes into inheritance--a dark creature called Nightmare. He chooses Draco to be his mate, and the other pairing is Veela Blaise and his mate is Ron.

Another thing in the story is that Draco and Blaise sent Harry to some institution to be disciplined and deeply regrets it because Harry's spirit becomes practically broken. They then have this drama of renewing trust between the three of them, and they did.
Plus, Harry knew who Blaise's mate was, but didn't reveal it until Blaise's surprise(?) birthday party.

I think that it has about 40 chapters, and can be found on ff.net. Again, I've tried countless of times, but I can't seem to find it again. I don't quite remember anymore if it was finished or not, but I think it was, and that there's even a sequel.
