Fic Search: Vampire Harry (Found) | Alternate Universe Leaps

Hello, I'm searching for two fics, both of them are Harry/Draco.

1.
Harry and Draco were in a relationship but Harry left (I think it was America) when he was turned into a vampire. Draco never knew this, maybe he thought Harry was dead(?) but he meets him again when he goes on a trip. Draco asks Harry to change him as well. The last scene has Draco writing a letter to Scorpius(his son) who has grown up and has his own family.

Harry wakes up in an altenate universe everyday. In this universe there is no Voldemort, James is still alive but Lily died in a lab accident. Here Harry and Draco are also married. Harry is extremely confused by all this.

This is very little, but it's all I remember. I hope someone recognises these. :)
