Fic Search: Flirt Master Draco

It was weeks ago when I came across this cute fic and I've been pretty much searching for it with no such luck though.
All I remember clearly were that:
1. It was like the prompt where Person A (Draco) was a seriously good flirt yet ends up being a mess when in front of the object of his affections, Person B (Harry).
2. Harry was angry at Ron and Draco since it was obvious that they were talking about him when Draco tried to hide when he came.
It ended up with Draco saying he will talk to him about it on Friday.
3. In one scene, Draco was with Ron and Hermione wherein he ended up flirting with a guy by acting "a bit submissive".
After the guy left to get their drinks, I think Ron and Hermione were kinda turned on with the show. Although Draco didn't like the guy though since he was "aggresive".
