I'm pretty sure this was a fic submitted to a recent fest, and it couldn't have been too long ago that it was posted, but I just don't remember where I found it.

It's epilogue-compliant, H/G and H/D. The fic was centered on BDSM and I remember some people gave it bad critique because it was such a focus. Harry and Draco got together, Draco as the sub, and either Ginny finds out or Harry tells her, but Harry wants to keep them both. I remember most that Draco's nod at 9 3/4 was supposed to be a secret sign of respect to his dom.

You know, your description reminds me of ships_harry's art for hd_worldcup (http://hdworldcup.onnedhiel.net/teamepilogue/price_of_fulfillment.html). Is it possible that is this actually an art piece? Though I do vaguely remember reading a fic with similar content... gosh, so many fics...

Nah, it was definitely a fic... but wow, I had forgotten about this one. Lovely much? And do you see Draco's little smile in the last panel? Gorgeous.

I remember reading this as well, but not where it was. Why don't you try posting this on the harrydraco comm? It is a large community and they are very good with fic searches.
(And I'm sure they would appreciate revisiting the art the other commentator mentioned.)
