I'm pretty sure its H/D. I remember it mention tha Draco was losing hope of being excepted as he did almost everything he could in making Harry and everyone around him happy.
It's not that Draco love the sweater but more that it symbolise that Molly finally excepted him into the family. If I remember correctly, he cried tears of joy when he found his gift.
