Of course, smex would be great, and no character death. As the line suggests... it's all about the innuendo. Special Requests: Humor would be awesome, because that line itself has me seeing one of the boys with snappy, snarky responses. Of course, if you could work in the "what big arms/hands/legs/cock whatever" into it, even better! And again, no character death, and though I'm not adverse, there doesn't need to be any cross-dressing either (but if you can swing it well, then by all means, go for it!).
