Very much reccing Samael's Big Chicago (http://archive.skyehawke.com/story.php?no=15283) and SilverDragon1610's Bad Day (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2550449/1/Bad_Day). Bananacosmicgirl's the Depths of Winter (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1728364/1/The_Depths_of_Winter) has some feeling of that sort.

There's another fic, eyesemerald's Broken Toy (http://eyesemerald.livejournal.com/tag/bt) but it has taller!Draco and also very much switching (to be honest I didn't go past chapter twenty-one, there is top!Draco scattered in the fic - in the epilogue, for example, which I browsed, but you can scroll down through them if you want ;D)

Most of the rentboy fics (http://community.livejournal.com/bottom_draco/tag/content:prostitution) are also poor!Draco...I'll get back to you if I remember anything else :D
