Looking for a fic

Hi guys,
I've seen a couple of fic searches here before, so I hope this is OK.

I've lost track of a fic that was set post war; Draco had been to Azkaban and had been released, but I think he was on probation, and was only able to use a certain number of spells each month, very few. His knees were really messed up and it as difficult for him to find work, so he was cleaning the Daily Prophet offices at night. I can't remember how Harr ran into him again, but he's working as a mediwizard and of course starts trying to help Draco situation.

If anyone can help me find it again, that would be greatly appreciated!
