Hello!  I have been searching for these fics like crazy and I can't find them!
1.)It is postwar and Draco has a crappy jobs.  Harry buys him a grey coat and at first, Draco doesn't want to accept it, but then he does.
Now the next part-idk if this actually happens in the fic, but I think that meanwhile, Draco is seeing a male couple in the windows of a house he is passing by spending time together on Christmas.
2.)Harry is working at the MInistry (maybe as an Auror?) and it has been torturing Death Eaters.  Hermione is against this.  Harry has some boss that is def for this and encouraging him.  Draco is captured and Harry interrogates him.  Harry decides to sexually torture him (thinking that Draco would hate this) and comes to find that Draco has no information and has "probably been eating bon-bons all day"  He stops and Draco makes him continue and they sleep together.  Then Draco takes a shower.  Then Harry's boss tortures Draco and Harry stops him.  Draco escapes and reveals that he really is a bigtime Death eater.
