GORGEOUS. I kind of want to write fic for it! I love the frock, and Draco's blush and indignant look. Fred and George sharing that wicked glance, and Charlie contemplating everything he could do... *dead* I especially love Draco's skirt being flipped up. It makes me imagine Ron flipping it up before he brought up everyone else, so that they could all properly examine the merchandise.
