Hello.

Please help me.

I try to recall the author or title, but I can't. :(

It's Harry/Draco, The Hogwarts Year, Rate NC-17, One-shot but have a sequel that I can't remember  title too.

Slytherin  have a secret party about sex in common room.  All  guest  accept  this  party  cannot  tell  anyone.

Snape made a potion for  their activities.

Maybe...Seamus (I'm not sure.) told  Harry 'bout this. (I reckon Harry forced him.) 

Then Harry join to the party and have sex with Draco.

After that, Draco not join the party anymore because he belong to Harry.

Seamus curious how Harry can claim the ice prince of  Slytherin like  that.

Harry  just  answered  "rimming"
