Prompt: I'm asking for something a little edgy, so if anyone picks this request, they'd have to be sensitive about it. I'm hoping that someone can write an homage to jennavere's unfinished work, Vertigo. Obviously nothing stolen/plagerized, just inspired by the story.

You know, after I wrote this, it occurred to me that I didn't specify the connection to time. I almost went back to edit, and *then* it occurred to me that if someone didn't immediately know exactly what I was talking about, they had no business on this community. ^_^

yup, no need to specify the reference to time in Vertigo, IMO.

hmm.. i think I actually need to explain the connection to time in some of my prompts but I'm tempted to just put that matter into the author hands
