At first, I thought you might have misunderstood the prompt since I didn't say whether it was James Sr. or James Jr, and although I wouldn't have minded a story with James Jr/Draco, I really wanted James Sr. I didn't have a specific story line in mind when I posted that prompt but the quote I picked seemed extremely fitting and beautiful that I hoped somebody would write it. And I'm glad YOU did it!!!! This was a fantastic story!! I especially like the twist(s) in the story (being the protector, obsession, rivalry with his own son = sqeual!!!). I would have never considered memory lost and living in Malfoy Manor and being Draco's protector (I was thinking of time travel-how unoriginal huh? Lol!). Absolutely wonderful story. THANK YOU!
