“Three months.”
The redheads blinked at one another then turned back to their platinum blond haired lover.
“You heard me. I’ll give each of you three months to woo me so I can decide which of you I want to be with. That’s twelve weeks where the both of you will vie for my attention and present me with gifts that represent your feelings towards me and your hopes for our possible future together. Any questions?”
The brothers blinked once again. Charlie shook his head as if to clear it and Bill folded his arms across his chest and leaned back into the couch. They both continued to stare at Draco.
“Guess not. I’ll expect your first gifts by eight o’clock in three days. That should give you enough time to pick something adequate for my tastes. Until then, boys.” Draco excused himself from the small apartment and aparated to his flat where Pansy was waiting for him.
“So, how’d it go?” She chirped, eager to get the gossip about her friend’s troubled relationships.
“I’m not entirely sure, really. I told them my expectations, like we rehearsed, and they didn’t say a thing. Just sat there like Longbottom’s stupid toad without a croak. To be honest, I’m a bit worried, but we’ll have to wait and see what comes about on Friday.” He sighed.
There was really nothing more to do but wait, and when Draco had to wait, he sulked. Especially if he was waiting because of his lovers. And when Draco sulked, he thought. There wasn’t really anything wrong with his relationships with the brothers to warrant this change. He was just sick of going from one to the other. He was curious of what it would be like with both of them. Of course he knew they’d been together when they were younger, but they had never been together with him. That was part of this entire ‘woo me’ experiment he was conducting. On one side he wanted to see how they would cope with being with each other again while he also got spoiled with gifts and affection, and on the other he felt that he just could not choose between the two of them.
He pulled the blankets around him more securely and rubbed his cheek on his pillow. He’d had so much fun with Charlie at first. Then Bill had caught his attention and was like a breath of salty sea mist that had helped regulate the flames of Charlie’s passions. Now, he honestly could not see a future without both of them in it. The hard part was going to be convincing them of that as well.

Draco wasn’t pacing a hole in the carpet when the floo flared green that Friday at seven fifty-eight. Malfoy’s do not pace and they certainly don’t hold their breath in anticipation of seeing who would come out first. Charlie tumbled out then and wrapped him in his strong arms, pushing his face into Draco’s neck and taking a deep breath. Draco also took a breath and curled his arms around Charlie’s broad shoulders.
“Missed this. Missed you.” He murmured, lips brushing against the blond’s collar bone. Draco shivered. Before he could pull Charlie’s face up for a kiss, Bill stepped gracefully out of the waning green flames. He smiled at the embracing pair and Draco felt his face tinge pink.
“It’s only been three days.” He chuckled into the ear next to his cheek. Draco tracked Bill with his eyes as he walked around behind them and joined in to their hug. He almost melted in between them.
“Yeah, three days too many.” Charlie whined still pressed against his neck. Nipping kisses were placed there and another shiver sprung forth. Draco was sure both of them could feel it this time. Bill spoke up from behind him.
“We, meaning Charlie and I, had quite the conversation after you left that night.”
Draco swallowed, “You did? And what did you talk about?” He tried tilting his head back to look into Bill’s eyes but his neck would only twist so far; he ended up resting his head partially on the man’s bony shoulder and looking up at his strong jaw. He saw it flex as Bill swallowed and spoke again.
“The main questions were brought up of course. ‘Why is he doing this? What’s going on? Is this really necessary? Do you think we could start over again?’ The usual.”
Bill’s hands floated up from Draco’s hips to Charlie’s shoulders and nudged him back. They managed to separate, albeit briefly, and move to Draco’s sofa where he was once again cuddled and caressed and held.
“Did you figure out any of the answers?” He queried as one of Bill’s hands folded itself over his thigh, and Charlie’s hand found one of Draco’s and twined their fingers together. They were all connected; all sharing warmth and space and air. And each other? He hoped so.
“Yes, we were able to come to a few conclusions. That one, you did this because it’s you and there had to be a certain reason behind all of it. Two, we figured that either you just weren’t feeling enough of our appreciation and wanted to prompt us to give you more, or you were feeling extremely curious about how we would all be together and wanted to manipulate us into thinking that it was our idea to get together again. Three, that all of this was important to you and that we should play along. And four, well four is still a maybe.”
Draco gaped at him then glanced at Charlie when his hand was squeezed. They knew him so well. Better than he thought they did. It was refreshing. He only got the “But…” out for his next question when Charlie beat him to it.
“Four is still a maybe because we want to hear how you’ve planned we would end up.” His smile was slight, more like a shadow of a smile than a real one, but it was there.
“How about I show you instead?” And he proceeded to pull his lovers up from the couch and down the hall to his room with a huge smile on his face.
One thing he was absolutely positive of as he watched Charlie slam the bedroom door and Bill started pulling off his clothes.
He was going to be so sore in the morning.
