I've reread up to about the first half (I wasn't sure if that was the fic I remembered reading sometime ago) where they try switching things, and Draco says he prefers to bottom and Harry is basically "meh" about bottoming -- so iirc, there's only one-time switching, but I'm not 100% sure.
