This one I think i've asked after before...:

• I'm pretty sure it was on HP Fandom.
• Its a de-aged fic. Harry and Draco get de-aged.
• Remus and Severus look after them both.
• Draco likes football.
• Harry is very intelligent when he grows back up.

it's Primary Care by Senjy (also known as The Senjou), but i think the author has removed their stories so maybe someone will have a pdf they can email you and me both. i'm at kim6ba@optusnet.com.au The author had great stories and i should have saved them when i had the chance
