I've read a lot of fics and i'm starting to hate the fact that Draco has to change in order to be with Harry. One of the arguments that Harry uses when telling his friends that he's dating Draco is that " He's changed, he did help with the war, he's not bad anymore and some more. 
Why does he have to change hein? He doesn't have to like Harry's friends or even be nice to them. He doesn't need to stop being a wanker or what ever you want to call him. 

I'm asking if you guys can help me find Harry/Draco fics where all the above doesn't happen, where Harry knows what he has to expect when dating Draco and still does it anyway. I want a in character Draco with all his bratiness, self- centerdness snappiness, nose twitching ( when he doesn't like something) and all his Malfoyness that made me love him so much.  And bottomdraco of course ( need i mention it?)

(sounds better in my head but i hope that someone gets what i'm looking for)

Hahahha, i don't mind you ranting I totally agree with you on some of the points you've mentioned. It is true that many stories portrait Harry as too good for Draco and he has to redeem himself in order to be with Harry (nothing to do with redeem me by samael, i love that story). I guess even now many people thinks of the Slytherins as the bad guys but they tends to forget about peter petitgrew the most traitorous man of them all was a griffyndor. And because of the rivalry between Draco and Harry, Draco is refer to as evil. I understand your sentiment on this. Gryffindors are just a bunch of prejudiced and chauvinist bigots ( even though i love them all )

i'd like to read a story where Draco is a death eater and he doesn't stop being one to be with with Harry and Harry doesn't ask him to change either. Alas...

It's like the Veela cliche. When Draco is the Veela he usually have to go out of his way to get Harry to agree to be his mate and after he has suffered somewhat (It seems like most authors have something against Draco and need to extract their own revenge on him) he agrees. When the tables are turned around...then everything is not okay. As soon as Harry so much as says 'ouch' and Draco has something to do with it he is immediately seen as the bad guy. At this point, I only really liked Draco. Harry could go die in a ditch and I wouldn't bat an eyelash. It's that bad.

I am SERIOUSLY tired of this.
