Curly haired!Draco fic search

Hello! I used to remember the title of this fic but damnit, just when I felt like reading it again... I can't remember what it's called. It's like this, Draco's born with Lucius' coloring but with Narcissa's features so he has naturally curly (wavy?) blonde hair. He hates it because he thinks the curly locks make him look girly (got teased a lot as a child?). A close Slytherin friend (Pansy or Blaise or both) adores Draco's curly locks because they make him look like Goldilocks or some other fairytale character/princess. Draco uses something to make his hair appear straight and slicked back always. Something happened and Draco forgot to use that something on his hair one morning and rushed to class with his curly hair (he was late?). People laughed, Draco got teased mercilessly, Harry ogled shamelessly because he has never seen anyone look so adorable...and Draco ran away with tears. From then on, Harry was obsessed with Draco's curly locks so he plotted to see them as much as he can.


I know it's pretty... confusing but does anyone recognize this fic? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I may have mixed up two different fics or something... because I read this at the time where the curly haired!Draco plot bunny was pretty popular. *facepalm*

I am not totally positive, but I think this is Elpin's 'Always Look like this'. Sorry I am at work so no link and title may be worded a little different, but I know it starts with Always. I do have saved as word doc at home. Hope this helped!!!

Well... "Always Look Like This" has a curly haired!Draco alright but the story sounded a little bit different from what I'm looking for. I clearly remember Draco running to class late only to be laughed at when he reached the class because he forgot to make his hair straight that morning. But thanks for the rec!

“Always Look Like This” by Elpin is the only fic I could find that sounds remotely close. It's on fanfiction.net :D

This search reminds me of one I made a while ago. I'm pretty sure it was a one-shot and Draco forgot to put something in his hair. He goes to class and a curl pops up (or something like that). I think Pansy may have said or tried to say something to Draco about it. The class sees his hair and Harry falls in love.

Yes, that's the one. Am not sure if it's a one-shot or not but the fic I have in mind does have Draco turning up in class late and with curls!! Too bad you did not get a reply to your seach! *pouts*
