Hm.. I think it's where Harry or Draco get into alternate universe. A bit similar with time travel but it's more to the setting.. if you could understand what I mean.

If it's time-travel or something similar you're looking for, I believe the comm had a Time themed fest in 2010 (http://bottom-draco.livejournal.com/887738.html). There are plenty of fics there that might interest you. Also, I believe bella526 owns a pretty extensive Bottom!Draco rec list that may interest you. I'm sure she has some Time Travel or AU fics in there.
