Hi All!

I Read a harry/draco fic some time ago--- it involves them meeting in some magic room in an alcove in Hogwarts. They fall in love but cant because of the war and all cliche stuff... But what I really remember is, when Harry and friends went off to do the horcrux hunt, Draco becomes Voldemort's lover! (Draco is disgusted but does it to stay alive and help give out clues to Harry and friends) I know it has a sequel (it was a WIP when I read it) -- the war just ended and Harry and Draco are slowly getting back together...

Does anyone know what this is?

The first half of your search sounds familiar, but not the other half. Are you sure you're not mixing two different fics into one?

i sure hope not. What I remember about the secret room... was that it disappeared after Draco and Snape left Hogwarts in book 6. Also Harry was throwing a fit where the door/room was supposed to be.

(spoiler alert but anyway...) Perhaps the alcove room thing is just to common.... other stuff I remember are details mostly from the voldie/draco narrative/chapter. Draco very subtly helping Harry via clues on magic parchment-- one clue was the quote "He who must not be named" which was Draco's warning to not say Voldemort and trigger that locating-jinx of sorts from the book.

Another is that whenever Voldie and Draco did it, Draco had to drink some potion which was implied to work like viagra or something to make it all convincing. Draco learned about the horcruxes when he was able to convince Voldie that he wanted to live - and be with him(Voldie) forever.

Lastly, the voldie/draco hug from the movie was there.... in Draco's case, from what I can remember, it made him feel totaly exposed... that all of the death eaters surrounding him found out that he rose the ranks because he was sleeping with voldie.


thats the most specific i can remember.... that particular story/chapter was a Draco POV so yeah.

Wow, those are some really specific scenes. Gah! With those scenes in mind, it's no longer familiar to me. Sorry, can't help you there. Hope someone else recognizes it though :D

I donno if you've found this fic yet, but there's some of what you described in the triology : Some Moment, Foolish Tears, and Golden Daffodils. some details aren't exactly as you say, ie Draco used a spell i think to me it seem like he's interested on Voldemort/ But Draco is Voldemort's lover and he did seduce Harry and they do eventually get together. I think u can find the fic on ff.net
