Need help...

I need help finding a story.....
   
     

The story has a strong Draco who helps Harry claim his title and become a member of the wizarding community.  Narcissa played a big role in helping Harry claim his title and his place.  There is a scene where Harry elevates the rank of a house elf.  He also takes a baby elf and gives it to one of his house elves. 


Can anyone help me find that story ?
