We will put up both a prompt list (a masterlist of all collected prompts) and also a 'claiming post' (these two are separate posts, yeah?). Anyone interested to claim a prompt will be required to comment to the 'claiming post' with a simple form (you'd need to fill in the form). The form will be posted a long with the 'claiming post' and all comments will be screened.
