Fic Search: Found it!

I'm looking for a Harry/Draco fic where Draco is a super high-strung perfectionist and is horrible to anyone who messes up his orders, or freaks out when things don't go his way. Harry is the only person who can calm him down. Ron always questions Harry about why he stays with Draco when he is so mean. Harry tells him the reason and asks Ron to keep it to himself. Ron begins to understand Draco more. Its a one-shot that I adore and I have been search for it for a while. Please help me! Thanks.
