I'm not familiar with the original, but this art is stunning! I love Draco's outfit and the snake he has wrapped around his waist! Love their heroic poses and how the magic from their wands makes a heart. And Harry's umbrella!

Ahaha! This is brilliant! I am very much a fan of the original Avengers and their iconic look. I love the way you've given them just a slightly more modern feel here, with the colours and the dynamic poses. Harry's 'Steed' hat and Draco's snake belt look great. In fact they both look surprisingly fab in their outfits :D

Gorgeous! Absolutely stunning! I am not familiar of the British TV series Avengers but I thought it was sooooo pretty and adorable! I love all the little intricate details that made up this gorgeous piece of art. I love Harry's hat and umbrella, the reddish ribbons of smokey swirls that came out of the end of Harry's umbrella... erm, holder. I love Draco's smirk and tight green uniform, his adorable Superhero pose, and (omgsqueeeeee!) the snake belt and the boots! And oooh, the pretty green ribbons of smokey swirls coming out of Draco's wand!

Also, "Harry Potter catches Dark Wizards. Draco Malfoy makes Harry's breath catch." ----> makes me smile like a loon because it was soooo catchy!

If you like camp, slightly ridiculous, but very enjoyable, vintage british tv series, then you should check out the Avengers. I would prefer the seasons with Mrs Peel if I were you. Mrs Peel was an icon!

Many of the things in this piece are references to the original series. Steed always dressed in a suit and acted very much like a cliched old-fashioned english gentleman. He wore a bowler hat that doubled as a shield and had a sword hidden in his umbrella. Mrs Peel on the other hand was a martial arts expert and wore these oh-so-tight cat-suits with boots. (But no snake belts, that's all me.)

The series was also known for its catchy cheesy one liners. It took me a while to come up with one that was suitably in the original spirit, while still summing up our two boys. I'm so happy you liked it!
