Harry/Draco
From what I remember Harry and Draco were dating for a while and Draco wanted more commitment but Harry wouldn't so Draco broke up with him. Draco's an interior designer and his BFF is Ginny. She gives him a makeover and then Draco find out he is pregnant. He doesn't want to tell Harry but they run in to each other out and Harry thinks Draco is married and pregnant with someone else's baby.
